Charles founded the firm in 2005 having been a City lawyer since the early 1980’s working alongside some of London’s most respected lawyers and law firms. Charles is a commercial lawyer, working closely with the private banks, private equity and offshore funds advising high net worth individuals and their corporate entities, nationally and internationally. Charles has particular skills in making connections and facilitating transactions. Charles’s international client base is particularly focused on the Far East and Middle East to complement his UK client base. Charles travels widely.
After many years experience in property & property finance Charles’ wide ranging portfolio now covers a range of corporate, banking and commercial matters including, structuring, finance and fund work. Recent instructions include negotiating with governments, on large scale housing in West Africa and hotel projects, oil trading, and a range of company sales and purchases in energy, real estate and other sectors.
A Yachtmaster; Sailing, snowboarding and windsurfing provide distractions alongside his role as a Charity trustee for two UK charities... and occasionally some sprint triathlons.
