Jessica is a Solicitor and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Jessica took the first ever Solicitors’ Qualifying Exam, ranking in the top quantile (top 20%) of performers who passed the examination. In the second part of the examination she achieved consecutive scores of ‘5’ in 4 practice areas, which is defined as Grade A and ‘Superior Performance’ by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.
Jessica has worked in the legal industry since 2014, working in both civil and commercial litigation. She has experience on matters such as breach of contract, professional negligence, employment issues, commercial contracts, director and shareholder disputes, enforcement and insolvency, intellectual property law, and ADR. She has experience advising individuals and commercial entities in both individual and group/collective actions. Jessica has gained experience in regional and city firms, as well as in-house.
One of Jessica’s main objectives is to provide clear and comprehensive advice to her clients to ensure they are fully aware of the options at their disposal.
