Harnaik is an experienced property solicitor who joined CDS Mayfair in September 2014 and works on a range of residential and commercial property matters. Harnaik has experience of working with developers, private individuals, companies and mortgage lenders in all matters involving residential and commercial property. Her areas of practice include development and option agreements, refinances, sales and purchases of businesses, residential property and new-builds.
Harnaik works on matters relating to development acquisitions/sales/refinances, bridging and development finance, finance involving offshore structures, hotel acquisitions and the purchase of properties for high net worth individuals in prime London locations.
Outside work, Harnaik is a keen tennis player and regularly plays at county level.
