Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and has broad experience in all aspects of residential property work, with a particular focus on the central London market having worked in the West End for over 10 years. Richard’s practice ranges from advising first-time buyers taking their first steps onto the property ladder all the way to multi-jurisdictional portfolio refinances, and includes particular experience of freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, financing/refinancing, portfolio-restructuring, new-build projects and property management, acting for high-net worth individuals, banks, developers, trusts and estates.
Outside of work Richard loves to spend time with his wife and daughter and keeps busy looking after a small number of modern-classic cars.
