Richard has been a property solicitor since the mid 1990’s and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial property work. Richard started his career in the City before moving across to join us in Mayfair from a commercial firm.
Richard’s work includes prime central London residential properties including ownership and funding through offshore structures. He also deals with development work for both commercial and residential developers including airports, shopping centres and institutional investment buildings, as well as residential lettings. Richard works for commercial landlords and tenants from large national PLC’s to wealthy private individuals.
Richard also represents many onshore and offshore private banks in their funding and security and dealing with security documentation drafting. Richard often travels into the Channel Islands working closely with trust companies and wealth managers.
