Silke is an experienced corporate & commercial solicitor and is bilingual in German and English.
Silke specialises in all aspects of corporate/commercial work including, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate re-structures, including non-contentious insolvency and re-financing matters, commercial contracts and related intellectual property issues. Silke’s clients include banks, financing houses, small to medium sized enterprises and high net-worth individuals, on and off shore.
Silke is also experienced in commercial property matters, in particular dealing with acquisitions and disposals, including re-financing and commercial leases. In respect of the latter her particular niche is in the leisure and hospitality sectors. Previous clients have included franchise restaurants and bar/nightclub groups.
