Simon has been working in residential property for 10 years since completing his Legal Practice Course. Simon joined the team at CDS Mayfair in February 2019, having previously worked at a City firm.
Simon has experience in all areas of residential property including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new-builds, lease extensions, contract re-assignments and mortgage work. His clients include first time buyers, professionals, investors, developers and high net worth individuals.
He has an enormous passion for his work and will always go out of his way to offer all of his clients a bespoke personal service. Simon has a practical and commercial approach to Property and is always mindful of the strains facing clients when moving home or investing in property.
Outside of work, Simon is an avid follower of Tottenham Hotspur and enjoys travelling and cooking.
